This is Libbie!

Libbie belongs to Beth, my mom's friend. She asked mom to take care of her for a little bit and Junito and I decided to take her for a ride. I just had to snap a couple of pictures of her cause she is the cutest little thing. She must weight about 3 pounds. It's just too much. She went shopping for new shampoo and conditioner with me this afternoon. She behaved very well...

When Pebbles became a mom!!!

About a year ago, right after Rocky was killed, his wife Pebbles gave birth to four gorgeous puppies. We named the three boys: Rocky Jr., Rocko and Rebel. Dad later changed Rocky Jr's name to just Junior. We named him that because the spot on his head resembled that of his dad's Rocky. The girl was named Peggy but Bridget later changed her name to Sophie. Francisco took Rebel after I adopted his cat Salsa from him. He owned him for about 6 months and then mom took him back. So mom ended up with Pebbles, the mom and two of her pups, Rocko and Rebel. Junito kind of owns Rocko and Jose kind of own Rebel. They sleep with them in their respective beds and mom sleeps with Pebbles. They are crazy dogs but we love them.

Jimmy boy!

To the right, you can see Jimmy. He was a good dog. An outside dog, but a good dog. He was not allowed inside the house and whenever you did bend the rules and call him in, he'd just look at you like "Are you crazy?" He lived with us since he was a puppy until he was like 9 years old. He got lost in Chicago, June 6th, 1998. (My 19th birthday). Dad was so upset and so was the rest of the family. We had to pull ourselves together and show our "Happy" faces at my cousin's wedding because I was gonna be one of the bridesmaids. The whole event sucked. We searched for him for about a month and then finally gave up. We still think of him but now know for a fact he's dead because dogs can't live to more than 15 years of age. Can't they?

The first time Trumpet was ridden!!!

Notice how proud Roger is while giving Angie a ride. She is all smiles and Sweetnin is like WHAT THE!!!

Trumpet

Steven riding Trumpet during the Trail Riding Class in the 4H fair. He was about 15 or 16 when this picture was taken, hence the knight with his white stallion complex...

Sweetnin

Steven and Sweetnin taking their afternoon nap. Steven says he was like 8 years old when this picture was taken...

Susie and her pups!!!

Play time with the girls!!!

Here's the girls with Steven and the dog. Steven doesn't remember his name and neither do I...

Casey and I...

This mare's name is Casey. She was a gentle giant with me. It belongs to Margaret's girls. Loving the farm life so far... Margaret took this picture of me sitting in the saddle all proud and all...

ROCKY...

Good old Rocky. He was the best dog EVER. If you ever sat down, you were in for a treat because he'd lick your feet until his tongue fell off. Too bad he was ran over by a car over at US-27. I will never forget him. We all cried for days. I thought the ache would never leave us, but time heals all wounds. I could almost feel the pain as I think of him. I remember where I was standing and what I was doing the moment I recieved the call telling me that he was killed. I know he was just a dog, but he wasn't an ordinary dog, he was awesome. He was very muscular and I would sit in front of the TV and just massage his muscles forever. He loved that. Needless to say, we all loved him very much. We were all afraid to tell Junito and Jose, but later, we decided to take them to Rashakle's and give them the bad news. Junito broke down crying and we all followed, and at that moment, our waistress came to our table to ask us if we were ready to order. The look on her face when she saw all of us crying was priceless. Picture worthy actually. She said she'd give us a minute, and about ten minutes later, we were all hungry, as usual...

My dear old Vicky...

This is a picture of my beautiful 8 year old dog VICKY. She is a mutt basically; a mix of Pekinese and Chihuahua. She is adorable and she loves the ground we walk upon. She is truly man's best friend. There have been many close calls in which we thought we'd lost her, and she even survived the infamous disappearance of Jimmy, our then 8 year old dog from Puerto Rico. It was June 1999, setting was Chicago, Illinois, time 6:30AM... My mother woke up and took the dogs outside, went back inside to put on some pants, and when she went outside to call on the dogs, only Vicky returned. We searched for Jimmy for days and days and it still baffles us that a dog could disappear in 3 1/2 minutes. Who knows whatever happened to him!!! But Vicky returned because she loves me.

More pictures of my dear kitty cat, Salsa...

My beautiful cat. His name is SALSA. We also have the ducks. We feed them almost everyday.

He was adopted in Augusta, Georgia but my brother's wife didn't like him so I adopted him. He is adorable. We love him and he likes Steven soooooo much. What's up doc?
